No changes this week. I have been a slug and I admit it. Although, I didn't gain so that is good stuff. I also made my goal of not eating at Starbucks and taking my lunch most days. So while there wasn't any physical change I am making progress.
My goal for this week is to workout/make it to the gym three times and to continue with a limit of only trip to Starbucks and taking my lunch most days.
